Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping fees). Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

Notification of any discrepancies or faults should be reported within one month of purchase. All returns must include your order number, complete with packaging and payment receipt.  If your faulty item was not purchased directly from Cuski, you should take up your complaint with the individual retailer who processed your purchase.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Cuski Baby cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Cuski Baby. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
